Lift Assist & Lifter Loaders
Lifter loaders (manipulators) are an aid to picking and placing large and/or heavy objects over a defined distance. Lifter loaders are a good selection when the number of lifts is limited to a manageable frequency.
Lifter loaders involve a machine interface controlled by a local operator. The lifter loader typically involves pneumatics or mechanics to lessen the effort required for the lift. Optics, sensors and screen displays are used to assist the operator with the pick and placement of the load or the guidance of the lifting mechanism. Lifter loaders require a structural interface (overhead rail or floor mounted stand) over the range of their motion.
