Cygnet Texkimp has won a prestigious manufacturing award at the Make UK Awards for the North West.
We were announced winner of the innovation category and recognised for our collaborative work with companies, universities and research organisations around the world at the regional ceremony held at Crow Wood, Burnley on Thursday 24th October.
The judges praised Cygnet Texkimp’s UK-based, international programme of collaborative innovation; designed to accelerate learning in composite and advanced materials, enable future capability, and improve sustainability, efficiency and performance in global industries including aerospace and automotive.
We will now go on to compete in the Make UK national finals in January 2025.
